Egg Sighting!

Though we are starting to finally
get snow here...{What an ODD year!!}
Spring...and Easter are not very far away...
Signs of it are arriving inside the shop these days.
{I still find it a little too cold to tweak the porch
and "plant" posies... So the
evergreen and berries remain temporarily.}
It is egg~sighting to anticipate the flowers poking through
the earth and the leaves beginning to bud.
You can bring in a little spring early
by adding a wreath around a candle.
Or a little nest with eggs...

Check out my Spring Thing board
on Pinterest for more inspiring spring things!
~And follow me there, I'll follow you back!~

Stop in @ Bittersweet Farm for
more Egg Sightings...

Of Seafoam and Sage

Green is a universal color in decorating!
Every season has it's own green and
every "era" of decorating has it's own also.

Consider the Avacado of the 70's:
...I know you are hoping for a come-back! ;)
The Seafoam of the 80's:

The Hunter of the 90's:

The Sage of the 00's:

Still the sage green is ruling the green themes.
It is a classic: a calm, bright and yet muted hue of green.

I have it out in the shop for
spring with the tulips,
 summer with the daisies,
fall with the pumpkins,
and winter with the reds of Christmas.
.....And NOW.....

Just in:

Then of course, the classic country red and black:

I will be offering
20% off all of these
NEW TOWELS

TOMORROW!!!

A Little Sunshine...

 With such a mild winter...
spring just may arrive early...
Look below at the new hanging scale
from Park Designs!!!
Wouldn't it look great hanging over
your kitchen sink or your island
with a candle surrounded by a wreath
or how about this little pot of
rosemary?
I have another helper in the shop
this weekend. She worked at
Blackberry Hollow back in the day...
Stop in Saturday 10-2
and visit Annette!

AND REMEMBER..if you need to come
in another time I am HAPPY to
OPEN the shop for you!
